Parents-to-be, parents with babies under two and those who are thinking about getting pregnant are invited to a
community baby shower?on?
Saturday, December 1, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.,?at
Hunter's Field,?on the corner of St. Bernard and N. Claiborne Avenues in the 7th Ward.The shower is hosted by?Healthy Start, Amerigroup and the 7th Ward Neighborhood Association and features giveaways for the entire family, refreshments and storytelling by Dr. Mona Lisa Saloy and Barbara Trevigne.
Booths at the shower will provide information on prenatal health, pediatrics, dentistry, education and safety.
