My Facebook Fitness Challenge

I have decided that it is about time I host another challenge. I need a little help to stay motivated, with my second year of medical school well on its way. But also it is Fall time. And with Fall time comes candies, cookies, pies, and all kinds of tasty treats. So the idea here is to do at least one healthy thing every single day.

I will be posting a daily challenge on my facebook page. It will be simple. It will be fun. Most of the challenges will be fitness related, with a few nutrition and mental health focuses intermixed.?No equipment is required (except for perhaps the purchase of a particular vegetable or ingredient).

And? There WILL be prizes.

But here is the catch. ANYBODY IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGES. but in order to be eligible for a prize, you MUST be on my beachbody team/customer list. It is free to sign up as a beachbody member. And if you use THIS link, I will automatically be assigned as your coach.

Comment on facebook challenge post = 2 entries (tell me how the challenge was for you!)
Tag facebook page = 3 entries (tell your friends what you accomplished!)

At the end of the 30 days, I will put all the entries in an electronic hat, so to speak, and draw 2 winners. Each winner will be able to pick the Tony Horton (P90X) One-On-One Video of his/her choice. My personal favorite is his ab video but there are over TWENTY to choose from!
